Health professionals don't normally get excited about monitoring and/or controlling drug samples. That changed with our introduction of Drug Sampling.

Drug Sampling
Many health care providers struggle to provide effective control and tracking of drug samples, without which patient health is jeopardized. Consequently, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is citing an increasing number of care providers in this area, thereby jeopardizing accreditation. Drug Sampling gives health care providers a solution to this problem.

Drug Sampling consists of computer controlled dispensing cabinetry that can be accessed solely by authorized medical staff, who are identified through fingerprint technology. Information about the prescriber, patient, drug and dosage are entered into the system via an easy-to-use touch screen computer system.
